AEKU disposable range buying guide for Singapore (0.15 ohm dual mesh) (v2)
AEKU disposable range advice for Singapore, covering versus, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
We spent weeks putting aeku disposable range options through their paces so the recommendations here reflect real use. Worth noting that the 510 bottom pin takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
Budget matters in Singapore, but with aeku disposable range the cheapest option is rarely the one that lasts. Two things to check before ordering: the Type-C fast charge socket on the base and whether the 1.5 Ω regular coil is the newer generation.
Delivery across Singapore is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window. The build quality on IQOS III is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal.
Airflow control on the IQOS III is adjustable enough to move from a warm, restrained draw to something far more open without removing the tank. Vapour production is more than adequate at 200, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all.
What surprised us most was how little the 1.5 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 35:65 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Ocean Teal finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the 510 bottom pin takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
We would pair the IQOS III with a 35:65 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 1.5 Ω regular coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Lemon Lime Soda: citrusy, crisp, described as zesty lemon over lime with gentle carbonation. On a 35:65 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 1.5 Ω regular mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Singapore
Availability in Singapore is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 1.5 Ω regular and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 bottom pin matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and SGD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Our advice is to order one, use it for a fortnight, and only then decide whether to stock up.
