AEKU disposable range buying guide for Singapore (Wismec Reuleaux)

AEKU disposable range advice for Singapore, covering budget options, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.

The gap between a mid-range and a premium aeku disposable range narrows once you know which components you actually use. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.

Local availability in Singapore shapes the practical answer more than the marketing does. Comparing this against a 60:40 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume.

Delivery across Singapore is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window. The build quality on Asvape Minikit is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal.

Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own. What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 60:40 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.

Comparing this against a 60:40 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 2.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Expect roughly 486 full puffs from a charge at 0 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing.

The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help. Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 0.8 Ω regular mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense. What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 60:40 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.

In Singapore, availability of the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. Charging over Micro-USB takes about 67 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Two things to check before ordering: the Micro-USB socket on the base and whether the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the newer generation.

Battery behaviour is where the Asvape Minikit earns its keep: the 2500 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 60 and recharges over Micro-USB. We would pair the Asvape Minikit with a 60:40 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.

Here is what the engineering actually delivers, without the marketing language.

Flavour and performance notes

A representative profile is Passion Fruit Guava: tropical, tangy, described as tropical duo with a sour-sweet balance. On a 60:40 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω regular mark before the coil begins to mute it.

Practical considerations in Singapore

Availability in Singapore is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω regular and the Micro-USB are both in stock before committing, and check that the magnetic contact matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and SGD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
