Starter Kits AEKU disposable range explained (8.0 ml)
AEKU disposable range advice for Singapore, covering starter kits, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
There is no single best aeku disposable range for everyone in Singapore, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help.
Anyone who has compared aeku disposable range options in Singapore quickly learns that specification lists only tell part of the story. Charging over Type-C fast charge takes about 71 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries.
What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 20:80 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Emerald finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the 510 thread takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own. What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 20:80 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.
Vapour production is more than adequate at 120, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help.
The mesh tip mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips. Comparing this against a 20:80 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 2.5 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Classic Menthol: cool, sharp, described as clean peppermint with consistent coolness. On a 20:80 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Singapore
Availability in Singapore is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω mesh and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 thread matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and SGD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
